If you order an original that is no longer available, we will contact you immediately and you may choose to cancel your order. Shipping And Handling All purchase items are packed safely, shipped quickly, and insured. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. You may choose to return the damaged product and request a refund, or authorize reshipment. A standard fixed charge is levied on all orders to cover packing and transport for orders within United Kingdom. Export orders are subject to variable charges subject to order and destination details and we strongly suggest that Export/Non-UK orders for original art works are Emailed to us first in the form of enquiry so we can advise you our prices. We assure you of prompt responses. Return Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition. Full refunds will only be given on new "as shipped" condition. Please stating the reason for return. All returns are to be funded by the customer. We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself from loss. Delivery Schedule We will commence work on your order immediately it is logged onto our system. We will normally dispatch your order in five working days. An E-mail confirming your estimated date of delivery will be forwarded to you. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will 'back order' for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All products are guaranteed the finest quality possible with the finest papers and media. If for any reason a product fails to satisfy please return the goods to us immediately and we will be pleased to arrange a replacement. In the event of goods being damaged upon arrival you must advise the carriers and us immediately, signing any delivery note to the effect that the goods are damaged.
